Recipe - Cajun Red Beans And Rice 3

1 lg Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 md Green bell pepper; coarsely
chopped
1 cup Celery; cut or sliced up
15 ounce Canned kidney beans; rinsed
and drained
1 cup Spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
Three fourths teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
3 cup Hot cooked rice
Lightly spray a 10inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add onion and
garlic; cook over mediumhigh heat 3 minutes or until tender, stirring
frequently.
Add remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer uncovered over low heat for
15 minutes or until vegetables are crisptender, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
