Recipe - Cajun Pastry

1 cup Rice
One half cup Chopped onion
2/3 cup Chopped red bell peppers
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 cup Chopped celery
One fourth cup Chopped parsley
2 ounce Pimientos; drained
One fourth cup Margarine
1 One half teaspoon Seasoned salt
One half teaspoon Red pepper
10 Three fourths ounce Cream of mushroom soup;
lowfat
1 cup Cooked crabmeat
1 cup Cooked shrimp
8 small Pie shells
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a medium skillet, saute next 7 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix until
blended. Add soup and stir well. Add crabmeat, shrimp and cooked rice. Stir
to combine.
Place 1/3 to One half cup of mixture into each pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F.
for 20 minutes. Serves 8
