Recipe - Cajun Oven Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Ground cumin
One fourth teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Canola oil (I used Olive
Oil)
4 md Russet potatoes, cut into
1inch cubes
Cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil. Spray
foil with cooking spray. Place baking sheet in oven while the oven is
preheating.

2. In a large bowl, combine cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin,
black pepper, oregano and salt. Stir in oil. Mix well.

3. Add potatoes to spice mixture and toss to coat. Place potatoes in a
single layer in prepared pan. Bake, turning occasionally, until potatoes
are tender and golden, about 20 25 minutes. Serve immediately. Posted to
