Recipe - Cajun Bread-Abm

1LB LOAF 8 SLICES
One half cup Water
One fourth cup Onion; Chopped
One fourth cup Green Bell Pepper; Chopped
1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
2 teaspoon Margarine Or Butter;
Softened
2 cup Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Creole Or Cajun Seasoning
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast
1 One half LB LOAF 12 SLICES
Three fourths cup Water
1/3 cup Onion; Chopped
1/3 cup Green Bell Pepper; Chopped
1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
1 tablespoon Margarine Or Butter;
Softened
3 cup Bread Flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Cajun Or Creole Seasoning
1 One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 Three fourths teaspoon Bread Machine Yeast
Make 1 One half lb. recipe for bread machines that use 3 cups flour; or make 1
pound recipe for bread machines that use 2 cup flour.
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium
or Light Crust color. Do not use delay cycles. Remove baked bread from pan
and cool on wire rack.
