4 cup Cooked rice
4 lg Onions; minced
10 Cloves garlic, minced (up to
25)
6 small Hot Chile Peppers, (Serrano,
Etc); minced
2 Stalks celery,minced
1 lg Sweet red pepper; minced
1 lg Sweet green pepper; minced
2 md Leeks; minced
6 Green onions; minced
1 cup Minced parsley
1/3 cup Minced cilantro
1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Thyme
One fourth teaspoon Sage
One fourth teaspoon Rosemary
One fourth teaspoon Savory
Mix thoroughly. Stuff into casings.
