One half cup Ketchup
3 tablespoon Cajun spice blend
1 Sliced onion
One fourth cup Parsley
3 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon Black pepper or cayenne
USE ON CHICKEN, SEAFOOD, TEMPEH OR BEEF. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS WELL.
