Recipe - Cajun Bayou Chicken

One half cup Lime juice
One fourth cup Hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
lg Food storage bag
3 One half pound Chicken pieces
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 1:00. Combine first 3 ingredients in a
bag . Mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal. Marinate in refrigerator 2
hours. Drain chicken and discard marinade. Preheat oven to 375øF. Arrange
chicken skin side down in a single layer in a baking pan. Bake 35 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake another 2530 minutes until chicken is cooked
throughout.
