Recipe - Cajun-Styled Baked Fish

Ingredients:

2 teaspoon Crushed thyme
4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Ground red pepper; up to
1/4
1 pound Fish fillet; (sole,
flounder)
One fourth cup Green pepper cut in thin
slices

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine oil, paprika, thyme,
onion and garlic powders, salt and red pepper. Spread mixture evenly on one
side of each fish fillet. Place fillets on alightly oiled baking pan
seasoning side up. Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork,
810 minutes. Garnish with green pepper strips.
