Recipe - Cajun-Spiced Chicken

One half teaspoon Dried Italian seasoning
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Ground red pepper
One fourth teaspoon Onion powder
One fourth teaspoon Ground white pepper
One fourth teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper
4 Whole boneless skinless
chicken breast halves
2 teaspoon Olive oil
Combine first 7 ingredients in a heavyduty, ziplock plastic bag. Place one
chicken breast half in bag; seal bag, and shake until chicken is well
coated. Remove chicken, and repeat procedure with remaining chicken.
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add
chicken, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
