Recipe - Cafe Mocha Mix

1 One half cup Instant espresso coffee
granules
One fourth cup Cocoa; unsweetened
One fourth cup Coffee creamer; powdered
6 tablespoon Confectioner's sugar
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Store in an airtight
container.
To serve, combine 1 to 2 tablespoons mix with Three fourths cup boiling water.
NOTES : Makes 1 cup of mix, enough for 8 to 12 average servings.
