Cafe Au Creme Quebec recipe makes 4 Servings
One half pound Marshmallows (small ones
preferred)
One half cup Boiling strong coffee
One half pt Whipping cream
Pour coffee over marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Whip cream quite
stiff and fold into marshmallow mixture. Pour into individual bowls. Chill.
Garnish with additional whipped cream. Serves 6.
