Recipe - Ca-Rib-Bean Rub

1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 teaspoon Allspice
2 teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Nutmeg

Mix thoroughly and use on just about any kind of pork.
