Recipe - Butterscotch Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients:

2 cup Allpurpose flour
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
1 pack (12oz) Nestle Toll House
butterscotch flavored
morsels; divided
Three fourths cup Butter; softened, divided
2 cn (8oz) cut or sliced up pineapple;
drained; reserving Three fourths cup
juice
8 Maraschino cherries
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder
and salt; set aside. In 10inch cast iron skillet over low heat, combine 1
cup Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels and One fourth cup butter.
Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
Arrange pineapple and maraschino cherries in skillet. In large bowl,
combine sugar, remaining One half cup butter and eggs; beat until creamy.
Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with reserved Three fourths cup pineapple
juice. Stir in remaining 1 cup Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored
morsels. Pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 3540 minutes.
Immediately invert onto serving plate. Makes one cake.
