Recipe - Butterscotch Icing

Ingredients:
Butterscotch Icing recipe makes 60 Servings
4 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup Rich milk or evaporated milk
2 cup Confectioner's sugar; about
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Combine butter, brown sugar, salt and milk in pan and heat until smooth.
Cool slightly. Sift confectioner's sugar into mixture and stir in vanilla.
Spread on cake.
