Recipe - Butterscotch Granola Cookies

1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half cup Butter; softened
One half cup Honey
One half cup Firmly packed brown sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
One fourth cup Milk
1 pack (12oz) Nestle Toll House
butterscotch flavored
morsels
1 cup Quick oats; uncooked
1 cup Chopped walnuts
Three fourths cup Raisins
One fourth cup Wheat germ
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt,
baking powder and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine butter,
honey and brown sugar; beat until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
Blend in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in Nestle Toll House
butterscotch flavored morsels, oats, walnuts, raisins and wheat germ. Drop
by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for
810 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool
completely on wire racks. Makes about 5 dozen 2One fourth inch cookies.
