1 One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Sour cream
One half cup Butter, softened
Three fourths teaspoon Baking soda
Three fourths teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Grated orange peel
3 Eggs
1 cup Granola
One half cup Nestle butterscotch flavored
orsels
One half cup Nuts; chopped
One half teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Nestle butterscotch flavored
orsels
1 teaspoon Butter
2 teaspoon Half and half
2 teaspoon Finely chopped nuts, if desi
ed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, sour cream, butter, baking
soda, baking powder, salt, orange peel and eggs thoroughly; stir in
granola. Spread half of batter in greased 9" square pan; sprinkle with
Butterscotch Filling. Top with remaining batter. Bake until crust is golden
brown, about 30 minutes; cool completely. Drizzle with glaze; sprinkle with
nuts. BUTTERSCOTCH FILLING: Mix One half cup Nestle Butterscotch Flavored
Morsels, One half cup chopped nuts and One half tsp cinnamon. GLAZE: Heat One half cup
Nestle Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp half and half
over medium heat until smooth.
