2 Sweet potatos
1 lg Butternut kugel
4 lg Eggs
One half cup Sugar; ( taste to check if
you like it sweet) (up to
1/3)
1 cup Flour
2 Riches parve cream
1 tablespoon Parve margarine
3 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 Rounded teaspoon baking
powder

Peel and cook both vegs till soft in a small amount of water. Drain off
water,cool and place in a processor with all the other ingriedence, process
till smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a square or oblong
glass dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover with foil
lightly. 160c for about 1 to 1 One half hrs till the centre is no longer soft.
