Recipe - Butternut Balls

1 Butternut squash peeled
Seeded,chunkd
3 Apples cored,peeled,
Sliced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Three fourths teaspoon Cinnamon ground
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
One half cup Apple juice
Preheat Oven to 350 DegreesF. Combine squash and apples with lemon juice
and cinnamon. Place squashapple mixture in a one quart casserole and
sprinkle with brown sugar. Pour apple juice over mixture, and cover
casserole. Bake for one hour, or until squash is fork tender.
