7/8 cup Buttermilk or
3 tablespoon Dry buttermilk powder plus
7/8 cup Water
1 Egg
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Sugar
1/3 cup Margarine
One fourth teaspoon Baking Soda
2/3 cup Raisins
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
small LOAF:
5/8 cup Buttermilk or
2 tablespoon Dry buttermilk powder plus
5/8 cup Water
1 Egg
2 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Margarine
One fourth teaspoon Baking Soda
One half cup Raisins
1 One half teaspoon Yeast
Following is my favorite raisin bread. It is from "Bread Machine Magic".
Hope you enjoy it. I really like this list and want to thank everyone for
contributing so that I can make better bread.
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light crust setting.
