Recipe - Buttermilk Pie

3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
One half cup Oleo; melted
1 cup Buttermilk
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One half teaspoon Lemon extract
1 Pie shell; unbaked9"
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and flour, add oleo. Mix well. Add
buttermilk and extracts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325ø F. until
custard is set and slightly browned as desired.
Note Well: This delicacy has absolutely NO calories, fat, or cholesterol
provided no one sees you eat a piece.
