Recipe - Buttermilk Muffins

1 cup Buttermilk
1 Handful (56) frozen
strawberries or
One half Frozen banana or
One half cup Chunks of melon
1 pack Sweetner or honey or sugar
Splash of vanilla or other
flavoring

In response to your request for "buttermilk milkshakes": I have never seen
them out at a restaurant, but have made them at home. It may be too simple,
and it may not be what your friend had in Canada, but here's how I've made
them:

Blend in blender until thick, but not too long or fruit will thaw too much.
Add a few ice cubes if this happens. You can also use any kind of milk as
well.
