Recipe - Buttermilk Chive Dressing

One half cup Reducedfat buttermilk
2 tablespoon Distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon Lowfat mayonnaise dressing
One fourth teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
In small bowl, with wire whisk or fork, mix all ingredients.
Each tablespoon: About 6 calories, 0 g protein, 1 g carbohydrate, 0 g total
fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 65 mg sodium
