Recipe - Buttered Rum Glaze

Ingredients:
Buttered Rum Glaze recipe makes 100 Servings
One fourth cup Butter or margarine; plus 2
tablespoons
Three fourths cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Rum
3 tablespoon Water
One half cup Chopped walnuts
Combine all ingredients except walnuts in small saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil mix, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in
chopped walnuts. Pour over cake while glaze is warm.
Makes 1 One fourth cup
