Recipe - Buttered Cabbage

1 md Head cabbage
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Salt to taste
Place cabbage in a thick saucepan with 2 tablespoons boiling water. Cover
and let cook from 5 to 15 minutes, depending on whether quartered or cut or sliced up
and tenderness of cabbage. When done, add salt as desired and butter. Serve
immediately to retain as much Vitamin C as possible.
