Recipe - Butter Tart Bars

Three fourths cup Flour
One half cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Soft margarine
1 cup Raisins
2 Eggs
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Corn syrup
Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
One fourth cup Flour
2 teaspoon Lemon juice; or vinegar
Combine Three fourths cup flour, brown sugar and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Pat
into an ungreased 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1215 mins. until lightly
browned. Beat eggs, add sugar, syrup, salt, vanilla, One fourth flour and raisins.
Pour over crust in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins. Cool before
cutting. Freezes well.
