4 cl Garlic, minced
One half cup Chopped fresh oregano
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
One half teaspoon Crushed dried red chile
Pepper
2 teaspoon Chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon Or more gold tequila
Salt and pepper to taste
One half pound Unsalted butter (2 sticks),
Softened.
