Recipe - Butter Sauces - Spicy Cilantro Butter

4 cl Garlic, minced
4 tablespoon (generous) chopped fresh
Cilantro
2 Jalapenos OR
1 Serrano chile (preferably
Red), seeded and finely
Chopped
1 teaspoon Fresh lime zest
Salt to taste
Crushed dried red chile to
Taste
One fourth pound Untalted butter (1 stick),
Softened.
