One half cup Butter
3 tablespoon Grated fresh giner
4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
One half teaspoon Hot red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon Dried basil
4 Whole gr onions finely chop
1 Fresh black pepper
One fourth cup Fresh grated parmaesam
Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add everything except cheese and cook
until garlic is tender, about 4 minutes. Combine hot pasta, toss with
cheese and serve. Makes 4 servings. Pasta suggestions: Three fourths pound Capellini,
spaghettini or linguine.
