Recipe - Butter-Fried Potatoes

Ingredients:
Butter-Fried Potatoes recipe makes 1 1/2gallons
Take to your camp or picnic 6 mediumsized boiled potatoes cooked in their
skins and minced . In frying pan melt: One half stick butter (One fourth cup) Add to the
butter: 6 med. boiled potatoes, minced
1 onion, minced Sprinkle in: One fourth tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced parsley Cook over mediumhot
campfire until potatoes are brown on the bottom. Then lift with pancake
turner and brown the other side of the potatoes. 4 to 6 servings. From:
