Recipe - Butter-Braised Cabbage

Ingredients:
Butter-Braised Cabbage recipe makes 4 Servings
5 tablespoon Butter
2 teaspoon Curry Powder
8 cup Cabbage; finely cut or sliced up
Salt and Pepper
Heat butter with curry powder in a large saute pan. Add the cabbage and
stir to coat with butter. Cover, lower heat and cook gently for 5 6
minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender. Season with
salt and pepper. Makes 45 cups.
