Recipe - Burta
Categories: Vegetables, Punjabi, Burta
6 tablespoon Oil
2 One half tablespoon White vinegar; or lemon
juice
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Clove garlic; cut or sliced up
Shake to mix. Chill. Serve with green salad.
