Recipe - Burger Pizza

One half pound Ground beef, lean
2 One half Crackers, crushed
2 tablespoon Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoon Celery, finely chopped
One half Egg (or yolk only)
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One half teaspoon Oregano
3 Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
Pepperoni slices
One half md Tomato, cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Green pepper, chopped
One fourth teaspoon Pepper, freshly ground
One half cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
One half tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, celery, egg, sauce, spice and
mix well.
Use a tinfoil pieplate, pat beef mixture into a patty. Scatter mushrooms,
pepperoni, tomato and green pepper over. Sprinkle with pepper and top with
cheeses.
Bake at 350F 2025 min until meat is no longer pink.
