Recipe - Bunvelos

4 cup Flour
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs; well beaten
Three fourths cup Milk; up to 1
One fourth cup Butter
Oil for deep frying
Sugar and cinnamon mixture
for dusting
Mix flour with sugar, baking powder, salt in bowl. Combine eggs and milk
and stir into dry ingredients to make a stiff dough. Add butter. Turn dough
into lightly floured board and knead 2 minutes until smooth. Divide into
balls and roll into round shape and deep fry. Makes 2 dozen.
