Recipe - Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Plus 1 teaspoon veg. oil
One half cup Chopped onions
2/3 cup Bulgur, uncooked
1 1/3 cup Water
One half teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Dried parsley flakes
1/16 teaspoon Dried thyme
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano

Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add onions an bulgur. Cook 5
minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to
low, and simmer 15 minutes, until water has been absorbed.

Fluff with a fork before serving.

Per serving: 145 cal, 4 g prot, 5 g. fat, 23 g. carb, 6 mg sod, 0 mg chol
