Recipe - Bulgoki

One half pound Beef; (I use a tender cut
such as tenderloin)
4 Spring onions
3 Cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
3 tablespoon Sake
2 tablespoon Water
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Chili pepper
Salt
Half an onion; thinly cut or sliced up
Freeze beef for half an hour, so you can slice it very thinly. Make
marinade :Place sesame seeds in a frying pan and cook until they achieve a
pale brown color. this should take a few minutes. Shake pan often. Powder
toasted seeds in a coffee grinder. Chop spring onions. Combine all the
ingredients and marinate cut or sliced up beef for 1 hour. Grill beef .
