Recipe - Bulghur Wheat

2/3 cup Water
1/3 cup Bulghur wheat
2 tablespoon Cashews
One half teaspoon Vanilla
One half cup Milk or yogur(lowfat)
1 Banana; cut or sliced up

Bring to a boil in a small saucepan. Simmer, covered until liquid absorbed.
Blend cashews to a fine powder in a blender. Add vanilla and milk and blend
again. Pour over bulghur wheat and Cook 5 minutes more. Add banana.
