Recipe - Bulgar Beef

1 One fourth cup Water
1 teaspoon Instant beef bouillon
granules
Three fourths cup Bulgar wheat
1 pack (10 oz) frozen peas
One half cup Sliced green onions
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Shredded lemon peel
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 One half cup Cubed cooked beef
One half cup Peanuts
Lemon wedges; for garnish
In a 2 quart Microwave dish, Microwave water with bouillon, covered on High
for 6 minutes, to boiling. Add bulgar. Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir in
peas, green onions, soy sauce, lemon peel and garlic. Microwave on High for
13 minutes until peas are tender, stirring once. Stir in beef and peanuts.
Microwave on Higfh for 34 minutes until heated through. Garnish with lemon
wedges.
