Recipe - Buffalo Vegetable Platter

12 One half pound Vegetables for deep frying
Mushrooms, green peppers,
zucchini
1 One half cup Margarine; melted
1 One half cup Durkee Hot Sauce
Deep Fry Vegetables crisp and brown. Combine melted margarine and Durkee
Hot Sauce. Lightly Toss cooked veggies in margarine/hot sauce mixture.
Remove immediately so they don't become soggy. Drain on paper towel. Serve
immediately with bleu cheese or ranch dip.
