Ingredients:
Buffalo Filets recipe makes 4 Servings
6 Buffalo filets (6 ounce ea)
1 cup DEMIGLAZE
One fourth cup Sherry
1/3 cup Heavy cream
One fourth cup Red currant preserves
Broil filets. Heat glaze in pan. Add sherry & reduce by half. Add
cream & preserves & simmer 3 minutes. Serve over meat.
