Recipe - Buckwheat Whole Wheat Bread

3 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup Honey
1 1/3 cup Water
2 tablespoon Butter; room temp
1 One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup Flour; wholegrain wheat
1 cup Buckwheat flour
One half cup Flour; allpurpose,
Unbleached
1/3 cup Cornmeal; yellow
2 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
2 One half teaspoon Yeast

Place in the machine in the order listed. Program for basic white bread
and press start.

A very flavorful loaf. Dense and compact. Excellent!
