Recipe - Brussels Sprouts With Sun-Dried Tomato

Ingredients:
Brussels Sprouts With Sun-Dried Tomato recipe makes 4 Servings
3 pound Brussels Sprouts; trimmed
and cooked
One half cup SunDried Tomato Halves In
Oil; cut or sliced up thin
One half cup Rice Wine Vinegar
One half cup Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
3 teaspoon Sugar
Tabasco Sauce; to taste
4 Green Onions; chopped
One half cup Fresh Parsley; minced
Toss all ingredients together and serve chilled.
NOTES : I most recently served this at an engagement party in February
1998. It was a big hit and I had many requests for the recipe.
