Recipe - Brunch Pie

3 tablespoon Butter
1 pack (8oz) link sausages
6 Eggs
One half cup Halfandhalf
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 ds Chives
1/8 teaspoon Parsley
One fourth cup Cooked bacon; crumbled
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
1 9inch pie shell; baked
Fry sausages, slice and set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet.
Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients (except the cheese) in a bowl
and whip with a wire whisk. Pour into the skillet and cook on low heat,
stirring with a fork until the eggs are cooked, but still soft. Pour the
mixture into a 9inch pie shell. Place sausages on top of the egg mixture,
top with cheese, and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted,
about 34 minutes.
