Recipe - Brunch Eggs

8 sl White bread without crusts
1 pound Grated sharp Cheddar
8 Eggs
2 One half cup Halfandhalf milk
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
1 tablespoon Finely minced onion
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
One half teaspoon Accent
Softened butter
Butter casserole dish. Butter bread slices & layer bread & cheese in dish.
Combine eggs & seasonings in blender. Pour over bread & cheese. Cover with
foil & refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator One half hour before
baking. Bake at 300 for 1One half hours.
