Recipe - Brunch Egg Dish

Ingredients:

2 Dozen eggs; hard boiled and
halved
1 teaspoon Lowry's seasoned salt
1 pound Ground ham (I use spam)
1 cup Mayonnaise (I use less)
1 teaspoon Catsup

SAUCE
2 tablespoon Oleo
2 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
One half pound Grated cheese

This is a family favorite! Scoop out yolks and put in bowl. To yolks add
seasoned salt, ham, mayonnaise and catsup. Fill yolk mixture into egg
halves and spread sauce on top.

Sauce: Mix all ingredients.

Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes in shallow casserole. (5 dozen eggs
serves about 40 people)
