Recipe - Brownie Pudding 2

1 cup Unbleached flour
One half cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Nofat unsweetened cocoa
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Baking powder
One half cup Evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth cup Cocoa
1 One half cup Boiling water

This recipe is definitely fatfree and probably not good for you, but works
when chocolate cravings loom so large that they cannot be ignored! My mom
used to make it for me when I was little.
Stir together first 7 ingredients. Heat oven to 350. Spread batter in
8"x8"x2" square pan. (Do not spary pan, and it does not have to be
nonstick) In the meantime, boil some water. When water has boiled, mix
sugar, cocoa and boiling water.
Sir 'til dissolved and pour over batter. Bake 30 min until cake tests. To
serve, cut into squares and scoop up warm sauce from the bottom of the pan
over the top of the "brownies". Great warm with no fat ice cream or frozen
yogurt, or cold as is. (PS My next experiment will be to try to use Rice
or Soy milk and see what happens).
