Recipe - Brownie Pudding

1 cup Sifted flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa
Three fourths cup Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 tablespoon Shortening; melted
Three fourths cup Nut meats, chopped
TOPPING
Three fourths cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa
1 Three fourths cup Hot water
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa. Add milk,
vanilla and shortening; mix until smooth. Add nut meats. Pour into greased
8inch square cake pan. Mix brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over entire batter. Bake. Temperature350 F. Time45
minutes. Amount6 to 8 servings.
