Recipe - Brownie Drops

2 Bars German sweet chocolate
1 tablespoon Butter
2 Eggs
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth cup Unsifted flour
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Finely chopped pecans
Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Cool. Beat eggs until foamy, then
add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time; beat until thickened (about 5 minutes
on medium speed). Blend in chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, salt and
cinnamon. Blend. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased
baking sheet. Bake in 350 oven until cookies feel 'set' when lightly
touched, about 810 minutes. Cool slightly. Makes about 36 cookies.
