Recipe - Browned Rice And Pork Chop Casserole

4 Pork chops; 3/4" thick
One half cup Raw rice
One fourth cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Onion; cut or sliced up
1 cn Beef gravy
Pepper
Heat oven to 350 F. Trim fat and sprinklw chops with season salt. Brown
in non stick frying pan. Remove to casserole. Add rice to frying pan,
stir and brown. Stir in gravy, water, salt and pepper. Arrange cut or sliced up
onions over top of chops. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done.
