Recipe - Brown Sugar Kisses

1 Egg white
1 cup Brown sugar, sifted by
forcing through coarse
sieve with wooden spoon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cup Coarsely chopped pecans

Beat egg white until stiff but not dry. Add brown sugar and continue
beating until thoroughly mixed. Add vanilla and pecans and stir. Drop by
teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 56 minutes in 400F oven.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
