Ingredients:
Brown Sauce recipe makes 8 Servings
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cn Beef stock
In skillet melt butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and beef stock. Cook 15
minutes over very low heat or double boiler. Consumme' can substitute for
beef stock. Serve with beef dishes.
